Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems when assigned, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance, gathering information, and escalating to site leadership and/or public resources as required;
Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and visitor and/or delivery activity, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff
