Security Officer - Neighborhood Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and post orders;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout common areas, garages, exterior perimeter, and other designated locations;
Monitor access points and building activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and coordination with property management and local emergency services;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and tenant or visitor interactions
