Security Officer - Flex Entry Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or delivery drivers by following site-specific security-related procedures and access control policies;
Control entry and exit at designated gates and/or entrances by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes as directed, and maintaining visitor, vendor and incident logs;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or notifying site management when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage;
Monitor cameras, intercoms and/or alarm panels as assigned, report maintenance concerns, and complete required reports for shift activity and incidents
