As the Assistant Security Shift Manager at Luxor, you'll help safeguard one of the most iconic destinations on the Strip, a resort where ancient wonders meet modern entertainment. You'll lead your team with confidence, ensure every shift is fully staffed and operating seamlessly, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and employees

* Enforce company, local, state, and regulatory safety policies

* Manage security officers, support staff, and department operations

* Implement procedures, enforce policies, and provide coaching or discipline as needed

* Document incidents and ensure proper reporting and follow-up

* Respond to emergencies and reported threats

* Act as a liaison with outside agencies during security incidents

* Assist with and oversee onsite investigations as needed

* Address guest questions and concerns quickly and professionally

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Must be 21 years of age or older

* High School Diploma or GED

* Two (2) years of direct security experience in a high-end resort/casino environment or law enforcement and/or military experience, with previous supervisory experience or in a team leader capacity preferred

* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

* Ability to maintain professionalism and master leadership abilities
