Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe environment. Monitor the premises to prevent any potential security breaches, disturbances, or illegal activities.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures to maintain order and a safe environment.
• Verify the age and identification of guests to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Control access to the establishment by checking identification and handling crowd control effectively.
• Detect counterfeit identification or fraudulent activity.
• Monitor crowd behavior and identify potentially intoxicated, disruptive or aggressive individuals.
• Use appropriate conflict resolution techniques to defuse tense situations and maintain a positive environment.
• Manage lines and queues efficiently, ensuring smooth entry and exit of guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and general information.
• Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with any first aid or medical situations, coordinating with medical personnel if necessary.
• Work closely with the management team, fellow security staff, and other venue personnel to maintain effective communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required, providing accurate information and assistance.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
