Retail Security Officer (Luxury Retail)

Location:

Las Vegas - Strip

Pay Rate: $20 to $21.00 per hour

Schedule 1:

* Sunday 8:00 am to 3 :00 pm

* Monday
-Thursday 8:30 am to 9:30 pm

Schedule 2:

* Thursday thru Saturday 8:30 am to 9:30 pm

* Sunday 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Schedule 3:

* Friday and Saturday 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

* Sunday and Monday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm

* Tuesday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Luxury Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations on the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas. This role combines a strong security presence with concierge-level customer service to ensure a safe, welcoming, and refined shopping experience.

Officers must be adaptable and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a visible, professional security presence

* Deliver concierge-style customer service while ensuring safety and loss prevention

* Monitor store activity to deter theft and security risks

* Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies

* Enforce client policies and procedures

* Complete accurate incident and activity reports

* Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times

Requirements

* Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard License (Required)

* Minimum 1 year of luxury/high-end retail security experience

* Ability to stand for extended periods

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
