Job Title: Overnight Luxury Flex Officer (On Call)
Location: Las Vegas
Schedule: Must be available for graveyard shifts; long shifts (10+ hours); work nights on weekdays and weekends
Pay: Starting at $21 per hour
Duties- Check bags of contractors
- Follow contractors around boutiques and ensure no theft or damage to property
- Check in with our Security Operation Center every hour
- Remain awake for the duration of the shift
- Active Nevada PILB license
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work nights on weekdays and weekends
The Flex Security Officer provides security services at assigned locations, focusing on observing, reporting, and conducting patrols. Duties include monitoring all activity, conducting foot, vehicular, golf cart, or bicycle patrols, writing detailed narrative reports, enforcing post orders, and responding to emergency situations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Execute security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and company policies.
- Conduct walking, vehicular, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned.
- Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards.
- Perform site‑specific tasks such as customer service, loss prevention, retail security, lobby reception, freight elevator security, loading dock security, and other safety and security roles.
- Write detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports during the shift.
- Know all site‑specific policies and procedures; implement emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Follow all company procedures, maintain acceptable attendance, and adhere to grooming and customer service standards.
- Respond to incidents, complete reports, and notify appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior military experience or college education in security is desirable.
- 1–3 years of professional‑level work experience preferred; prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service highly desired.
- Valid registration/permit/license required by the state, with successful background investigation and drug/alcohol testing.
- Current state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to consistently get to and from work on time.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to de‑escalate situations.
- High school diploma
- GED or H.S. equivalent
- Nevada PILB license
- Driver's license
