The STARTING RATE: $22.00 / Per Hour

As a Security Dispatcher at Excalibur, you're the vital link between our Security team and Management. You answer calls, handle radio traffic, and ensure crucial information reaches the right individuals swiftly. Managing emergencies and day‑to‑day details, you think on your feet, multitask, and apply procedures with proficiency.

• Direct and coordinate security officers to handle incidents, emergencies, and service requests across the property.
• Stay in constant contact with the Global Security Operations Center.
• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels continuously to detect and respond to potential security issues.
• Keep clear and accurate logs of all communication, incidents, emergencies, and security activity in real time for reporting and follow-up.
• Follow emergency procedures during events such as fires, medical situations, or active threats while maintaining strong communication with local authorities.
• Collaborate with police, medical teams, and other outside agencies to provide support and share information during incidents.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Skilled communicator with solid knowledge of radio and telephone operations (preferred).
• Ability to quickly and accurately manage security communications and reporting systems (preferred).
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all internal and external guests.
