Sales Representative

Lawrence Doors, Inc., a leader in the commercial door industry, and a part of Amarr / ASSA ABLOY Group (the global leader in opening solutions), is seeking a Salesperson / Estimator for the Las Vegas Service Center.

Prefer someone with sales and/or installation experience of rolling steel doors, overhead steel sectional doors, glass/aluminum, storefront glass doors, hollow metal doors, rolling aluminum grille doors and motor operators.

Must be mechanically inclined, and be able to read blueprints.
If you have performed repairs/installations on commercial doors, and are talented in communicating effectively with customers and office, and with decent computer skills, this position may be for you.

• Drive to customer jobsites to scope out, take measurements of commercial door openings, or door parts, dock equipment, etc. and confirm customer's requests.
• Estimate pricing and prepare project proposals (good math and logic)
• Provide customer a proposal in a timely manner
• Meet sales volume and margin quotas
• Communicate effectively with crews, dispatcher, and customers
• Purchasing project related materials, (Good negotiation skills)
• Customer service and office support
• Marketing / Networking / Prospecting for new customers
• Various general office tasks

Full-time, Salary + Commission + Bonuses (car allowance and gas card provided) - Approximate Range: $52,500.00 - $65,000.00 annually
