Field-Based | Construction Tools | Growth Opportunity

A global manufacturer of professional-grade construction and industrial tools is seeking a Jobsite Specialist to support and grow the Las Vegas market.

This is a high-visibility, field-driven role designed for someone who enjoys being on jobsites, building relationships face-to-face, and wants a clear path into a Territory Sales position.

• Visiting active construction jobsites to demonstrate professional‑grade tools
• Building relationships directly with contractors and foremen
• Supporting distributor partners with training and product education
• Ensuring strong merchandising and in‑store presence
• Representing the company at open houses and trade shows
• Logging activity in CRM and maintaining territory reporting

This is a boots‑on‑the‑ground role. You’ll be in the field the majority of the week, engaging directly with the market.

• 1–3+ years in construction, distribution, rental, or field sales
• Comfortable walking onto jobsites and introducing yourself
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organized and self‑motivated
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Salesforce or CRM experience a plus

Recent grads with relevant experience and strong drive will be considered.
