Associate Partner

We’re hiring:
Commission-Only Associate Partner (Remote | Las Vegas + Nationwide)

Smart Tab POS is looking for a hungry, relationship-driven Associate Partner to help us grow with high-volume bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This is a commission-only role with serious upside for someone who can build trust fast, run great demos, and close deals.

Territory:
Las Vegas first, with potential to sell anywhere in the USA

Office access: We have a Las Vegas office available for demos and meetings

• Prospect and build relationships with venue owners/operators
• Book and run product demos (remote + in-person when helpful)
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to close
• Work closely with our team on onboarding handoff and go-live success
• Represent Smart Tab in the field with professionalism and energy

• Bilingual Spanish/English (strongly preferred)
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, or selling into those industries
• Confident communicator who can handle objections and keep momentum
• Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation and motivated by performance

• Fast, reliable hybrid cloud POS built for high-volume venues
• White-glove onboarding + real human support (no just an 800-number experience)
• Strong product story + real-world value for operators

Compensation: Commission-only (performance-based; uncapped)
