About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and polished Territory Sales Account Manager to oversee the Las Vegas territory. This is an on-site, field-based role focused on developing new business and managing accounts across hospitality, multifamily, and luxury residential markets.
The ideal candidate has experience selling tangible, high-value products or capital equipment-not retail or software-through a consultative, relationship-based approach. You'll represent a global leader in wellness innovation, offering products and solutions that blend performance, technology, and design.
This position combines new business development, territory management, and long-term client relationship building. You'll engage with architects, developers, and high-end property decision-makers to deliver solutions that elevate wellness spaces in hotels, fitness centers, and private residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, and proposal to installation and post-sale account management.
- Conduct five in-person client or prospect visits per day (25 per week) to meet activity and performance goals.
- Ensure sales, profitability, and cash flow targets are achieved.
- Generate leads, profile customers, and maintain accurate pipeline activity within CRM (Salesforce or Hub Spot preferred).
- Deliver professional, consultative presentations to C-level executives, developers, and hospitality stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, report on customer insights, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- 3+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience, ideally selling high-value tangible products or capital equipment.
- Proven track record of success in new business development, solution selling, and relationship management.
- Experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency with Salesforce or Hub Spot, and strong comfort with digital sales tools.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle design is a plus.
- Must be comfortable meeting field-based KPI expectations (minimum 25 weekly visits).
- Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential.
