State Farm Insurance Agency located in Henderson / Las Vegas, NV is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and career-oriented professional to join our team. Personal Lines and/or P&C license is a must
, life/health license is a plus.

• Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Call warm leads, develop quotes that match the needs of prospective customers, and employ a tactical follow‑up plan to write/earn new business.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 90 days)
• Able to work in a team environment and toward a common goal

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
