We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic person to represent a locally owned and operated flooring company inside local Costco warehouse locations.

Our company proudly maintains a 5-star customer rating and is part of the highest-rated flooring franchise system across North America. You’ll be the face of a trusted brand that homeowners already love.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be engaging shoppers, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home flooring appointments for our sales team.

• Engage Costco members and introduce our 5-star flooring services
• Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
• Schedule free in-home design consultations
• Represent our locally owned business at Costco roadshow events
• Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• High energy and positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Sales, retail, promotions, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required

• Starting at $15/hour plus $150 possible bonus for every qualified lead generated
• Raises available within the first 90 days based on performance
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Primarily weekends + high-traffic retail hours
