ResponsibilitiesAs our Senior Private Client Advisor on the Private Client Services team, you’ll be diving deep into client exposures and loss experiences to understand their current coverages. Your goal is to recommend the right products and services that fit their needs perfectly. You’ll also present clients with accurate market data, help them navigate complex risks with informed advice, and proactively address their questions in person, over the phone, or via email.
You will gather information about risk management needs and financial loss tolerance to propose tailored solutions that effectively manage risks. For renewals, you’ll create and present proposals to existing clients and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews to keep them engaged and informed. Your success will be measured by client retention, so delivering exceptional service is crucial. You’ll also look to grow the business through referrals and expanding client programs.
Negotiation with multiple insurance carriers will be part of securing comprehensive coverage options, while ensuring compliance with industry laws and regulations.
We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 3 plus years’ personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations
- Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.
- Experience with luxury carrier relationships (AIG, Chubb, PURE, etc.)

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,400 to $120,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
