Location 6795 W Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV Compensation Base + monthly team & personal performance bonuses + annual incentives & bonus (travel awards, team contests) (potential $60k-$120k+)

  • Lead, motivate, and boost performance at the Tropicana location
  • Maintain your own sales production—including resident and new clients
  • Oversee performance via sales dashboards, KPIs, team goal-setting
  • Host training sessions on insurance products, financial literacy, and customer care
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and community outreach
  • Licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or individual sales
