- Lead and Inspire:
Provide sales motivation by leading teams that tour customers and assist sales personnel with affordable approaches to buying. - Coach for Success:
Counsel, advise, support, and motivate Sales Representatives to help them meet their sales objectives. - Strategic Oversight:
Keep informed of current financial sales data and inventory for maximum sales efficiency. - Close with Excellence:
Secure and approve pricing for sales transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints in a constructive manner. - Collaborate:
Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the timeshare industry with a proven track record of surpassing sales goals. - Licensing:
Active Real Estate License (may be required depending on location.) - Leadership:
Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and the ability to lead a diverse workgroup to win-win solutions. - Flexibility:
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed. - Language:
Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
