Fit City Adventures is growing fast — and we’re hiring a Client Experience Manager to help companies level up their culture with unforgettable wellness and teambuilding experiences.

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients 📈
• Prospect daily and generate new opportunities 🎯
• Lead client calls and match them with the perfect experiences
• Pitch our wellness & teambuilding menu with energy 🎉
• Close business to help hit our annual revenue goal
• Represent Fit City at meetings, events & activations (some travel)

• 3–5+ years in sales, client experience, partnerships, or BD in the event planning and hospitality field, DMC experience preferred
• Proven success generating pipeline and exceeding goals
• Confident, outgoing, relationship-driven personality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for wellness, events, movement, or hospitality

• Base salary $75–85K + uncapped commission
