Virtual Sales Manager, Club Wyndham

• Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance of direct reports
• Collaborate with Trainers in facilitating training for new and existing sales staff
• Participate in daily sales meetings and provide constructive input

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the vacation ownership profession
• Preferred sales management experience
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent coaching skills
• Proficient in utilizing technology and various computer systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Track record of success selling vacation ownership products
• Experience mentoring new sales representatives
• Recognition as a President Club winner
