Job Description

Cambria has an exciting opportunity in Las Vegas for a District Manager. The candidate is responsible for developing, cultivating and growing residential and commercial sales of Cambria throughout an assigned territory. They will manage Market Representatives, Showroom/Gallery personnel and business partners to accomplish these goals. Success in this role depends on cross‑collaboration with Operations and winning together as a team. Experience leading and coaching teams, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Sell

Cambria by coaching, supervising and leading Market Representatives in their local, assigned sales regions, and Showroom/Gallery personnel in their assigned space
  • Effectively manage 5‑10 direct reports, clearly defining priorities and expectations
  • Develop and challenge employees to be high performing
  • Establish a sales‑driven culture by setting clear and measurable sales goals
  • Provide daily or weekly feedback (as needed by each employee) to optimize performance; complete performance reviews and manage any performance issues that arise
  • Use Salesforce as a tool to observe and manage employee activity
  • Ensure market development to maximize sales within the region; develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans to direct efforts and calibrate progress
  • Oversee development of such plans by assigned direct reports for their markets or locations
  • Be available to meet with direct reports and customers over meals or at events (Cambria or industry‑sponsored or sporting)
  • Provide ongoing training and education to existing Market Representatives and Showroom/Gallery personnel to guide their sales approaches; this includes riding with Market Representatives 2‑3 days per week in their territories and spending 1‑2 days per week in the assigned Showroom/Galleries
  • Provide initial intensive in‑market training and education to new Market Representatives to set them up for success
Sell Cambria by building and cultivating solid relationships
  • Grow business partner relationships throughout the territory for both residential and commercial accounts by cultivating relationships
  • Hold business partners accountable for their sales and sales‑driving activities in the region; engage with them regularly to optimize these activities by visiting partners at their businesses, with or without the Market Representative, daily
  • Maintain a high level of business, financial and industry expertise to advise partners effectively in ways that benefit both their business and Cambria
  • Work closely with the leadership team at the Cambria‑Owned Distribution Centers and Fab Shops in the assigned region, if applicable; this includes spending 1‑2 days per week at an assigned office (when available)
  • Maintain professional contact with key partners, industry associations, retailers, etc. for sales and recruiting purposes
  • Be an expert in industry standards and regulatory codes for both the residential and commercial areas of the business
  • Actively use all social media channels Cambria participates in to promote the brand and product
Sell Cambria by being a source of information and industry knowledge delivering critical information to and from the field regions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and establish market intelligence and support materials and tools needed to grow the territories
  • Calibrate and collaborate with department leadership on initiatives and tools that help to build and grow business in the territories
  • Communicate relevant information from other areas of the company to Market Reps to assist them in performing their job

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
  • Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
