Role DescriptionThis is a Sales Coordinator role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Key tasks include processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, preparing sales reports, and assisting with customer inquiries. This role involves regular communication with clients and team members to ensure effective collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service and communication skills for maintaining and enhancing client relationships
- Proficiency in sales processes, data entry, and preparing detailed reports
- Team collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with internal departments
- Basic knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is preferred
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
