They are seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive to support continued growth, focused on closing new business, building trusted relationships, and delivering solutions that reduce costs while advancing sustainability goals.
In this national, in-office B2B sales role
, you’ll own the sales process from discovery through close, working qualified opportunities from the Business Development team via phone, email, Linked In, and industry events — not outside or door-to-door sales. - Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand client challenges, goals, and decision-making processes
- Present tailored solutions that align cost savings, operational efficiency, and sustainability outcomes
- Partner closely with Business Development Representatives to ensure smooth handoffs and well-qualified opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of national B2B accounts
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining long-term relationship focus
- Maintain accurate forecasts, notes, and activity tracking in the CRM
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings (as needed)
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, ideal customer profiles, and go-to-market strategy
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or Account Executive roles, ideally selling services or solutions. SMB/mid-marketing environments is a plus
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently close new business
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills — listen first, then solve
- Comfortable selling via phone, email, Linked In, and virtual meetings
- Organized, proactive, and pipeline-driven with strong follow-up habits
- Ability to communicate value clearly to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Growth-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoom Info, etc.
