Sales Representative

Overview

United Defense Tactical is a leading firearms training facility dedicated to empowering civilians with the skills and knowledge to defend themselves in real-world scenarios. Our state-of-the-art facility offers comprehensive training programs, cutting-edge equipment, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more members into our on-site, membership-based training program. This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and provide informative tours of our facility.

• Training demos:
  Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership offers for every enrolled customer. Enroll customers into our membership program.
• Prospecting:
  Leverage marketing funnels to generate qualified prospects. When tours are unavailable, book additional tours from a database of individuals who registered for training but did not schedule.
• Nurturing:
  Manage prospects who do not sign up on the training demo and nurture them toward becoming customers.
• CRM Updates:
  Maintain daily and accurate CRM records to ensure visibility and accountability and to maximize commission opportunities.

• Experience:
  
  Sales experience is required. A bachelor’s degree is often preferred for sales roles in certain industries.
• Certifications:
  
  Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. May be required to be on call or work overtime during busy periods or to address unexpected issues.
• Standard expectation: 40-hour work weeks.
• Facility hours:
• Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
