AboutThe Role
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our business, helping customers care for their cars and promoting our memberships. This role combines customer service with sales, requiring engagement, understanding customer needs, and recommending solutions.
You’ll Be Responsible For- Explaining our car wash options and promoting memberships.
- Upselling services by communicating benefits.
- Preparing and loading cars into the wash and assisting customers with self-cleaning options.
- Maintaining site cleanliness and functionality.
- A positive, outgoing personality with sales and customer service passion.
- Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and recommend products.
- Quick learner of product knowledge, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Energy to stand, move, and engage with customers for extended periods.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

CompensationTypically, teammates earn $14/hour ($12 base + average $2 commission). Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more. Compensation may vary by location and experience.
