• Achieving annual revenue targets between $850K and $1.05M
• Weekly engagement with at least four key contacts
• Maintain 120 new monthly with cold calls and contact sequence
• Regular interaction in client relationships.
• Consistent networking
• Maintain 300 new prospect emails and contact sequence
• Meet and/or connect with 15 lighting designers each month
• Meet and/or connect with 20 tour directors/production managers/production decision makers each month

• Develop new business and drive growth within your territory.
• Conduct site visits, review design plans, and work closely with design teams to positively influence equipment specifications.
• Navigate complex decision-making units by building relationships with a diverse range of contacts
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers to create accurate technical quotes and present winning proposals to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the global live events industry
• Proactively cultivate strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and in-person engagement
