Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Provide a lively sales approach and a magnetic personality to motivate new members toward their fitness goals.
• Engage members through membership sales, billing, customer service, and information hub activities.
• Maintain member engagement and build the reputation of the club.
• Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.

• Takes ownership of results.

• Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Extremely organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate, high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computer technology, quick to shift focus, with good phone etiquette and math skills.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Available 20 hours per week, including every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.)

Hourly position: $13–$14 USD. Variable income opportunities include commission and tenure pay.
