BMM is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Macau office.
Job SummaryAs a Business Development Manager at BMM, you will manage a group of customers to achieve sales targets and develop profitable business with new and existing customers. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate like you. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals will significantly contribute to BMM’s growth.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and manage online/land-based gaming customers.
- Manage all stages of the sales process and deliver revenue against targets.
- Develop short-term and long-term Sales Plans for customers.
- Determine sales strategies to meet agreed goals and objectives.
- Track and forecast customer revenue and monitor performance vs target.
- Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to drive revenue growth strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at various levels across customer organizations.
- Participate in industry conferences and visit customers to explore opportunities.
- Manage all sales activities via BMM’s CRM system to maintain all prospects and the sales pipeline.
- Attend internal sales meetings and provide sales reporting as required.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a business development role.
- Experience in a similar position in the gaming industry.
- Demonstrable record in creating and delivering on business development plans & strategies.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (or other Asian languages).
- Travel, mainly in the Asian region.
- Full-time permanent position.
