Collector at Terra West Management Services

As an ASTS Collector your role is focused on negotiating payment arrangements with owners. The collections agent will be responsible for the complete account management and portfolio of accounts from 0-60+ days delinquent and to bring them current.

Full-time

• Conduct outbound phone calls in a call center to owners about current or past‑due mortgage payments, recovering delinquent accounts.
• Provide complete account management and portfolio of accounts from 0-60+ days delinquent and to bring them current.
• Document each customer interaction, conversation and payment arrangement.
• Meet daily (100 calls per day), weekly, and monthly goals for the department.
• Negotiate payments via telephone and email.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and phone etiquette.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Must balance customer service and collections skill sets.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of FDCPA, CFPB, and FDIC is a plus.
