Our client, a national legal services company, is expanding their presence in Las Vegas and is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow accounts across law firms, insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies.

• Uncapped commission with realistic six-figure earning potential
• Prospect, sell and build a book of business and continue to nurture and upsell those clients

• Target clients are professional, budgeted, and repeat buyers

legal products or services, payroll, document or HR solutions or similar before, you'll feel at home here.

• Prospect and develop new business through outreach, networking, meetings, and referrals.
• Build long-term relationships with professional clients
• Attend industry events, conferences and local networking opportunities.
• Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline to hit monthly goals.

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Comfortable with phone outreach, outside cold calling and presentations
• Relationship-based selling experience
• Target-driven and self-motivated individual
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Legal Industry exposure is desired but not necessary
