Jampack is also expanding rapidly in the Trade Show & Conference vertical. Through Jampack’s Corporate Event Services, we provide nationwide private event planning and execution, leveraging venue partnerships and on-site expertise to deliver seamless experiences for corporate groups, exhibitors, and sponsors.
Jampack is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Trade Show Field Sales Rep to represent our growing Trade Show & Conference vertical. Jampack’s Corporate Event Services provide nationwide private event planning and execution, leveraging venue partnerships and on-site expertise to deliver seamless experiences for corporate groups, exhibitors, and sponsors.
This entry-level role is on the ground at Las Vegas Shows, driving lead generation, exhibitor partnerships, and brand visibility through strategic field marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Represent Jampack at major conventions and trade shows, primarily in Las Vegas but not limited to other destinations.
- Actively engage exhibitors and sponsors on the show floor to showcase how Jampack can support the planning and execution of their private events.
- Follow up with leads and connections to build a pipeline of qualified leads for our account executives.
- Manage and operate Jampack booths, including setup and on-site presence.
- Engage with attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to build relationships and generate leads.
- Conduct competitor and market research at shows, hotels, and convention properties.
- Track and report field marketing activities, expenses, and lead/customer intelligence.
- Based in Las Vegas with reliable transportation.
- 0-5 years of professional experience.
- Outgoing “people person” who thrives on relationship building.
- Willing to work select nights and weekends as required.
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow.
- Must be 21+.
- Experience with trade shows, events, or booth management preferred.
- Background in lead generation, sales, or client engagement is a plus.
The candidate should expect to be in office when not actively working on-site at a tradeshow. The candidate may be asked to travel to other markets up to 30% of the time.
Pay and benefitsThis role offers a base salary of $40,000, plus uncapped commissions. The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) typically range from $40,000 to $55,000, although top performers can exceed this range due to the uncapped structure.
