the Team:

The Sales Team at Bluberi is a high-performing group responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Working closely with teams across operations support, legal, finance, marketing, and revenue operations, we focus on transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Summary

As an Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales within a specific region, focusing on building relationships and expanding market presence. Your role will involve engaging with clients, managing Bluberi game performance, and presenting tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience of developing new business opportunities, achieving, and exceeding sales targets and overcoming the challenges that arise with outbound prospecting in a challenging sales market. The Account Executive II will work with the other Account Executives to service the clients on the suite levels and continuously foster their relationship with Bluberi.

Essential Functions
  • Client Engagement
    :
    Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Sales Strategy
    :
    Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the central region.
  • Product Expertise
    :
    Provide in-depth knowledge of Bluberi products as well as industry insight and trends.
  • Sales Reporting
    :
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives.
Required education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Sports or Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of direct gaming experience.
  • Communication Skills
    :
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem‑Solving
    :
    Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills
    :
    Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Technology Proficiency
    :
    Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Microsoft Products.
  • Travel
    :
    Job will require 3 to 4 days of travel per week with frequent overnight stays.
Preferred experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365
  • Intermediate skills in Salesforce or another CRM toolset
  • Closing large, long sales cycle opportunities
