This opportunity is part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the client’s marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers, including physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.
  • Plan and organize activities in the assigned territory to ensure regular and consistent coverage according to a plan of action.
  • Administer territory information and comply with reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient coverage of targets.
  • Work closely with field representatives to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth.
  • Demonstrate territory planning with pre-/post-call analysis proficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and staff using educational resources.
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual communication with HCPs and staff.
  • Engage HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree minimum required
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success
  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
  • Expert selling skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities to present complex information clearly
  • Technical/computer proficiency
  • Effective prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems
