Salary Range: $37,440 - $41,600 Per year | $18-20 Per hour + Commission + incentive

Job Description

As a Project Manager at ADVC, you will be an integral part of our sales team, driving revenue growth by expanding our client base and establishing strong relationships with key customers. Your expertise in the vaporizer industry, combined with your outstanding sales skills, will enable you to effectively promote our customizable electronic vaporizer hardware to businesses seeking unique and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the vaporizer industry, including wholesalers, distributors, and retailers, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to position our customizable electronic vaporizer hardware effectively.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the unique features, benefits, and customization options of our vaporizer hardware.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their individual needs and branding preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and market insights, contributing to the enhancement and evolution of our vaporizer hardware offerings.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, playing a significant role in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on the vaporizer or smoke hardware industries.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach to selling customizable products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Results‑driven mindset, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Associate degree and above in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.

Chinese speaker highly considered - markup on salary for this qualification - $1 more in pay.
