We’re looking for a Sales Lead who is reliable, motivated, and radiates positive energy. This role is all about driving membership sales, delivering top-tier guest experiences, and setting the tone for exceptional service on every shift. You’ll be a key player in helping the studio reach its goals while supporting your team with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Our Sales Leads are crucial to our business—they set the example for outstanding customer care and play a major part in growing our community of loyal members.

Must have general availability, including weekends.

Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 6pm

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued
• Promote the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and clearly communicate the value of a Perspire membership
• Drive membership sales and consistently achieve individual and studio sales goals
• Serve as a top lead generator, actively driving and following up on community outreach leads
• Act as a top outbound call team member, connecting with potential guests and following up on inquiries to convert leads into memberships
• Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized wellness consultations for new guests
• Confidently speak about the science and benefits of infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and red-light therapy
• Manage appointments, sales, and member accounts through our software (Mind Body experience a plus!)
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Clean and reset individual infrared sauna rooms between sessions to maintain studio standards
• Fold, organize, and stock towels and other supplies to ensure a clean, comfortable guest experience
• Assist with overall studio upkeep, maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, uplifting studio culture
• Handle administrative tasks such as database entry, membership updates, and guest follow-up communication
• Communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about the benefits of Perspire and its wellness offerings

$13.00–$14.00 per hour + Commission + Free IR Sauna Sessions

• Day and evening shifts
