Account Executive - Automotive F & I
Location:
On the Road (hunting and prospecting position). Reporting to Partners.
We are a nationwide automotive consultant providing dealership training and F&I products/services. We seek an experienced and dedicated Account Executive. Our F&I team is committed to being upfront, honest, and ethical while delivering responsive service to our partnered dealerships.

- Aggressively prospect and pursue new accounts.
- Ensure acquired dealership staff is properly trained on product knowledge and the presentation process for F&I product lines.
- Troubleshoot any internal dealer issues to improve overall dealership performance.
- Create, prepare, and review reports to meet or exceed partnered dealership objectives and goals.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of partnered dealership personnel.
- Work independently and manage daily calendar with supervisor support.
- Minimum of 3 years Retail automotive F & I preferred; will consider salespersons with a strong track record of success.
- Proven track record of success in growing business preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the Southwest region—75% travel required.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with partnered dealership staff at all levels.
- Must have own means of transportation to perform job functions and travel daily within assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily activities accordingly; strong time‑management skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
