Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic LED Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of LED displays, signage, and related solutions by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting customized solutions. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, product knowledge, and customer service skills to effectively represent our company in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for LED displays and signage.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, proposals, and after-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, installation, and project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Market Knowledge & Product Expertise
- Stay current on LED technology, trends, and competitor offerings.
- Advise clients on the benefits and ROI of LED solutions, helping them select the right product for their application.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Sales Performance
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in LED displays, digital signage, AV solutions, Trade Show and Events or related industries.
- Strong understanding of LED technology, installation processes, and applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
