As a Financial Representative, you will engage with current and prospective clients in your community to understand their financial needs and goals. You will recommend impactful solutions from a comprehensive product line, including life insurance, to help clients protect what matters most.

The role offers a competitive total rewards package. During the initial 2-week training period, compensation is $1,000 per week for a 40-hour workweek (non-exempt). Post-training, the role becomes exempt, with a base salary of $1,000 per week and potential incentives. After week 13, compensation varies based on performance, with an expected annual range of $50,000 to $70,000.
