- Outbound Sales Calls
- Engage potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products.
- Use persuasive communication skills to secure sales appointments and orders.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of our product catalog and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- CRM Utilization
- Input customer interactions and sales data into our CRM system (e.g., ZohoCRM).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team leaders to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
