Sales Manager – Digital Pathology

Leica Biosystems – a Danaher company – seeks a regional sales manager to grow its Digital Pathology business across the Western United States. The role is remote, reports to the National Sales Director, and is part of the global Digital Pathology sales organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed regional quarterly and annual sales quota, profit goal and market share objectives.
• Provide direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for sales representatives and solution architects.
• Build a strong network of strategic customers and participate actively in regional DP sales projects.
• Recruit, develop, and train sales associates to meet sales and performance standards.
• Forecast monthly revenue projections using
• Drive standard work to funnel management process in  and DPIP process.

Essential qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Prior capital sales experience.
• Contract negotiation/high‑level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with  or similar CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Additional desirable experience:

• High‑level relationships within key accounts (NA Top 10) in the assigned geography with senior hospital, laboratory and procurement personnel.

Travel / physical requirements:

• 50%–75% travel.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage and company meetings.

Compensation and benefits:

• Annual salary range: $140,000 – $200,000.
• Bonus/incentive pay eligibility.
• Paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) and other benefits.
