Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 6pm

- Drive membership sales and consistently achieve goals
- Act as a top lead generator and follow up on community outreach leads
- Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized wellness consultations
- Speak confidently about infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and red‑light therapy
- Manage appointments and member accounts through Mind Body
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Clean and reset infrared sauna rooms between sessions
- Fold, organize, and stock towels and supplies
- Assist with overall studio upkeep and maintain a spotless environment
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive studio culture
- Handle administrative tasks such as database entry and membership updates
- Motivated by results and driven to exceed sales targets
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations
