Overview
We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and sales-driven person in the food industry, looking to work with specialty gourmet products for high-end restaurants. Someone who is customer centric, willing to learn, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude. The person, working collaboratively with the sales team, is responsible for maintaining & proactively developing the business in the designated area, by selling fresh truffles, mushrooms, preserved truffle products and caviar, directly to the restaurants.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Grow, nurture, and maximize sales of existing customers. Present fresh truffles, caviar, and truffle products to food service accounts.
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION
- Manage daily orders of food service accounts, ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track personal appointments and maintain customers and prospects activities daily via CRM. Organize the following day tasks and appointments.
- Maintain a constant, professional, and open channel of communication with supervisor and customers about availability, quality, prices, etc. via email, texts, and phone calls.
- Review sales reports to know where the business is at any given time.
- Manage daily inventory needs.
- Identify sales concerns and suggest solutions to customer and/or supervisor.
- Solve and/or share client’s questions and concerns with peers/supervisor to increase client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on market conditions and competitors’ activity.
- Assist and support Area Sales Manager to make presentations and gain new orders from food service accounts.
- Travel to meet assigned customers in geographical area covered, to achieve sales goals.
- Other duties as needed or required.
- Geographical area covered – Las Vegas Metro Area
- Preferred BA or equivalent in Sales or Marketing
- Food Service Distribution Experience a must
- Knowledge of Fine Dining in any capacity
- Minimum 2 year in a sales role.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus.
- Familiar with all Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be able and willing to travel by car, public transportation or plane within the geographical area covered.
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement.
- Knowledge of CRM a plus.

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Must be able to bend, reach and stoop occasionally. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
