Outside B2B Sales Representative

Las Vegas & Henderson, NV

Full-Time | Base Pay: $35k-$45k + Commission

We're Ace Hardware-the Helpful Place. And now, we're looking for a driven, people focused Outside B2B

Sales Rep to help us grow business customer relationships across Las Vegas and Henderson.

This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your time out in the field-on job sites, in offices, or wherever local businesses need support.

Your mission: to be helpful, solve problems, and become the go-to partner for commercial customers who rely on Ace Hardware to

keep their operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

* Build and grow B2B customer accounts-contractors, hospitality teams, property managers, and more

* Follow up on leads from stores, employees, and our company website

* Actively prospect new business through in-person visits, networking, and relationship-building

* Work with store teams to coordinate special orders or inventory for your accounts

* Help coordinate and assist with deliveries when needed

* Track performance and work toward monthly sales and annual growth goals

What You Bring:

* Friendly, service-first attitude with strong communication skills

* Experience in outside sales, account management, or customer service

* Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

* Ability to work independently and manage your own time and territory

* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

* Comfortable walking job sites and navigating various environments

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist in basic delivery support

Bonus Points For:

* Experience in hardware, construction, or maintenance supply

* Existing contacts in the Las Vegas/Henderson business community

* Bi-lingual Spanish skills

* Knowledge of basic sales tools or CRMs
