VP Level Sales Closer | Preset Appts |Timeshare Exit| $259k+

Chuck McDowell’s Wesley Financial Group – the leader in timeshare cancellation – is hiring top-tier sales talent who can earn serious money, enjoy a no-cold-calling environment, and thrive in a culture that values its people with coaching, support, and real growth opportunities.

We provide warm, pre-set appointments that are pre-qualified by our Qualification Specialists and placed directly on your calendar (over 3,000 leads per week). You will be responsible for calling these appointments, pricing our services, reviewing agreements, and onboarding timeshare owners who have requested help canceling with Wesley Financial Group.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Call preset appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ask questions to understand prospects’ timeshare situations and onboard them for our services.
  • Explain the value and process of working with Wesley Financial Group, LLC.
Requirements
  • 2‑3 years of sales experience (timeshare or phone sales preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation

Base pay + uncapped commission with top 10% on pace to earn $260,550–$306,157 YTD. Commissions are paid weekly.

Work Location:

Las Vegas, NV – Onsite in‑office.

Work Hours:

Friday – Monday, 9 am – 7 pm (including weekend shift).
