• Conduct presentations via phone to owners and prospective clients
• Establish rapport and commonality with prospective and current owners
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with the employer
• Generate sales by initiating transactions and utilizing effective closing techniques
• Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training sessions

• 1‑2 years of previous commission‑based sales experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Internal drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Ability to overcome objections and work in a goal‑oriented environment
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Passion for supporting the employer's mission to put the world on vacation
• Willingness to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
