Field Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses in your assigned area to introduce and promote our video marketing services.
• Effectively communicate the value of our services and how they drive sales and attract customers.
• Present and explain special offers to potential clients, creating a sense of urgency and value.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs.

• Sales Expertise: Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, particularly video marketing, is a plus.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience using CRM tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
