Responsibilities
Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunitiesGenerate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customersRecord monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being metUpdate customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales teamProspect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leadsQualifications
A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain a real estate license within 60 days is requiredMust have a laptop and cell phone for business useTeam-oriented and willing to follow team standards related to mindset, systems, and accountabilityDrug-free environmentHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferredProven track record of at least 2 years in a sales position or related fieldPossess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by carWorking knowledge of the sales process and CRM softwareExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skillsAbout The Klein Team NV
