• Cash handling functions, confirming prices
• Assisting customers with their purchases
• Operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloguing systems and processing daily paperwork and forms
• Ensures that unauthorized persons are not operating their assigned cash register and keeps passwords confidential
• Ensures customers are waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is helpful
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• A positive attitude and great personal drive
• A willingness and ability to learn in a fast‑paced retail sales environment
• Availability to work on weekends
• Both a pre‑employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position
