JOB SUMMARY

Delivering Floral and Gift items for Caesars Floral Department. Individual must have a clean driving record, be able to multi-task, lift at least 50lbs, and possess excellent communication skills, an upbeat and positive personality, and get along well with others. This high‑pressure position requires the ability to work well in different environments and handle stressful situations. Team members will also assist with miscellaneous flower shop duties as assigned.

The Retail Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and actively promotes merchandise sales, operates a cash register, and handles all payment transactions. The Associate receives, unpacks, folds, and stores daily deliveries, employs required selling techniques, ensures selling areas are neat and clean, and complies with visual standards. All retail employees should be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, and reliable.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a current and valid Nevada Driver's License.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
• Ability to obtain/renew all government‑required licenses or certifications, specifically a TAM (Alcohol Awareness) and Health Card where applicable.
