Store Manager; Fashion Show Las Vegas

Overview

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand. This position is for our upcoming new store opening in Spring, 2026.

• Responsible for overall store performance and KPI’s
• Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating customers on our history, and being knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole
• Experienced in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
• Knowledgeable in how to build new and repeat business through clienteling
• Training and development
• Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and developing both internal and external talent
• Effective in your communication style, with messaging that energizes and encourages collaboration
• Lead through collaboration, encouraging the team to share ideas, fostering accountability and trust
• Capable of clearly communicating new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner
• Customer service
• Passionate about providing the best customer experience to purchasing and non-purchasing customers
• Lead by example in tone, appearance, and daily in-store presence
• Lead and coach on return policies while prioritizing the overall customer experience
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, with a focus on resolution
• Lead execution of brand visual standards and updates

• • Execute daily store operations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Schedule team members to align with business needs and budget
  • Manage store inventory with high detail and organization per SOPs
  • Lead opening and closing duties

• At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holiday shifts

• Salary range starts between $75,000 - $85,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities
