The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training—you bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain product labels.
• Ability to follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Must lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, possibly while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Requires physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
